As of 2020, he has negotiated 555 real estate transactions throughout North America, EMEA and Asia, which represent a collective value of over $1.1 billion.

Ed Guttenplan, Managing Shareholder, WilkinGuttenplan

Ed Guttenplan co-founded WilkinGuttenplan in 1983 and is the managing shareholder of the firm. He is responsible for managing the strategy, personnel, and financial aspects of the practice. The firm has achieved recognition as an NJBiz Best Place to Work and Accounting Today Magazine’s Best Accounting Firm to Work for, having achieved #1 rankings twice in both programs. Adam Haberfield is a shareholder at Orloff, Lowenbach, Stifelman & Siegel, P.A., a full service law firm based in Morristown, New Jersey. Adam is primarily a transactional lawyer, and focuses his practice on advising entrepreneurs and emerging growth businesses on all aspects of corporate activity, including mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell arrangements for closely held businesses, and the creation of joint ventures. Debra Paxton, an MBA graduate of Dominican College is the Director of Finance and Human Resources for Filippo Berio USA, Ltd. Debra’s current position enables her to create and maintain a cohesive ever-changing workplace.
