Prepared to move from a downtown high-rise environment to an urban Class A office building in Paramus, New Jersey, Octapharma has engaged our Studio Eagle team for an entire gut renovation to a roughly 60,000 sq/ft building.

By relocating their facility, Octapharma now has the opportunity to create a space opportune for first class amenities supporting their cross generational employee growth. With a majority of the first floor dedicated to the amenity feature build-out for the employees, their new facility will provide a state of the art fitness center, locker room, and a large cafe / dining area that will feed the team free of charge and comfortably accommodate celebratory luncheons. New to this facility will be the training center serving roughly 200 folks at a capacity for desired Octapharma training sessions. Mindful of health and growth, and taking a cue from their European sensibilities, celebrating their company culture through the emphasis of a wellness lifestyle pulled through as core to the concept.

Additional features of the space will include a variety of collaborative spaces from closed conferences and huddle rooms, to open lounge seating for informal gatherings. Collaborating with Jon Beyer at Wright McGraw Beyer Architects (WMBA) to ensure that the high design standards established at the Charlotte, North Carolina facility are followed through, we are thrilled to create a facility that not only aligns with the Octapharma brand but can suit the needs of the future of Octapharma in the New York / New Jersey market.

Follow along on our journey as we develop Octapharma’s facility in the New York / New Jersey area meeting the highest design quality standards the brand has shown us to date in their US and global facilities. Involved in this project are Cody Baldwin, Steve Lyons, Bruce Emtage, Mike Druckenmiller, David Dominguez, Mike Macdonald, Alyssa Wright, Bill Herchakowski, William Peralta, Aneta Stepien, and Aaron High.
