R.S. Crum Swagelok Metropolitan NY | NJ, a distributor of pipes, valves, and fittings, needed to reinvent its space without interrupting the everyday flow of deliveries and customer visits.
With a disjointed layout and lack of signage, customers often entered the building through the employee entrance, ending up in team spaces instead of the waiting room. The new floor plan guides visitors to the correct parking lot, entrance, and reception. As they await their orders, customers can enjoy refreshments in the elegantly lit redesigned waiting room, complete with beautifully executed ceiling work. This area is also large enough to accommodate all-staff events and training — an amenity the company previously lacked.
R.S. Crum Swagelok Metropolitan’s outdated break room is now a modern, spacious common area where employees can gather for lunch and informal meetings. The client’s products are showcased throughout the space, including a lighting fixture designed by our team and built by R.S. Crum Swagelok Metropolitan using their finely crafted valves, connectors, and fittings.
